TLOTAO Character Introduction: Roxi

She’s a badass Beta with an attitude that can make or break people. Truth flows freely from this woman, and too bad if that’s offensive. Roxi will let the truth send anyone packin’… even her Alpha (but he knows better than to leave his other half).

There are perks of being a Beta, Roxi knows. The best of which has been the ability to keep herself in check. Being in control seems so difficult as an Alpha or Omega and because of it, she thanks her lucky stars she never wound up like them. No offense to one of her besties, Kayla, but that’s a life of uncertainty and stress, Roxi is not interested in.

Being a Beta, along with her friend turned sister, Chyanne, was a life Roxi couldn’t possibly regret. Not even if it meant upping the anti and ruining newcomers on behalf of Kayla’s security. Roxi will fight to defend her conscious effort aiding in claiming Kayla as theirs, through calling her Babe, but Chyanne had other ideas.

Roxi came from a loving family. At one point, everything was great, when she was younger that is. Her father was a police officer and her mother filled in where she could, but since their separation, home life has been anything but normal. Her father had lost his mind one night after his shift and he was never the same. Despite what Roxi, her sister Pamela, and her mother did, it wasn’t enough. He felt he needed to leave and did.

Her mother could only stay so strong for them before she cracked. Paige agreed to stay with mom until she recovered but Roxi knew they would always be broken. Leaving was her best option. One day, she hopes to find out what happened, and maybe that’s why she has such a hard time accepting that vulnerable side of her. Whatever the case, Roxi’s soft side will have to wait, especially while she’s needed with her sisters and mate.
