Howl at the Moon, Love's Playlist
Hey All,
Howl at the Moon, Love has an extensive playlist that I thoroughly enjoyed working with.
Originally the story was supposed to remain set in Siren’s Gentlemen's Club and give a lot more to the club scene, however, after developing Derek and Aislyn, it became the need to follow their relationship to its entirety, which meant changes to the overall mood.
This addition is also post Mother’s Day and when I wrote the epilogue, I found it to be really important to focus only on them… rather than pushing for a family right away. I wanted there to be time to meet back up with Derek’s brother, Alpha Zane, as well as the dancers and Candice for Aislyn in other stories before such a leap. I also wanted to be sure that their love for each other had time to build and wouldn’t falter just because of their biology. The ability to have a rut or heat doesn’t have to be overshadowed by having a heir to their pack; it can be entirely to love one another. Which honestly, successful pairings should be allowed to indulge in, regardless of their situations.
So, without further ado, I will give you the playlist I listened to in order to stay within the pace I wanted to display throughout this book.
The songs within the above mix are the ones that were referred back to a lot.

My next post may not be for a little bit as I have a story that is due at the end of this month, so I'll be catching up with my behind the scenes content for Howl at the Moon, Love, thereafter.
Until then, happy reading!
